Razer Kraken 7.1 Surround with AUX not found

Razer Kraken 7.1 Surround Sound (aux cable) Mac Big Sur 11.5.2 Razer OS v0.4.8

Despite refreshing the headphones are still not recognized / found by the app.

What's the device-id/product id? You can find it in System Information.app.

Hey @WrathofthePast,

Do you mean the Mac or the Headphones product key? They don't come up in the System's info audio tab. It could be that the OS is not recognising them at all as a device. Apparently, the OS treats the headphones as an External microphone and External headphones:

I need the headphone's product id (aka device id). Check under USB instead of Audio
