No support for Blackwidow v3 mini(BLUETOOTH)

I think this device is super new. Usually, we wait for devices to be supported first in openrazer first. You can have a go at it neverthelss?

Please take a look at my PR #637. However, it will not work with Bluetooth mode. Only wired and 2.4G USB wireless modes are supported.
