Mobile support ported to touchpad

it would be nice to get the pinch to pan / zoom feature from mobile into laptop trackpads

since this is based on the 98 version of paint i can understand the zoom being 1 way (as in, skipping straight to what it was set) however it would be nice to have it go from 1x to 8x click by click rather then jumping straight from 1 to 8 or whatever you set it to

its a feature the Vista version of classic paint had and im kinda used to it xdd
