I am trying to understand the arguments to the unimplemented function makeCalls here.

Is the structure of this data documented anywhere? Or the implementation of makeCalls available so that I can grok what it going on?

Since they have made V3 version unopen-sourced, maybe it's their secret now, they said you should use API. I don't think they will help.
