Planning to reuse and redistribute AnExplorer source

Hi @1hakr , We are planning to modify and redistribute AnExplorer source in Play Store.

I have gone through the Apache 2 license and came up with the following conclusion to reuse this source code:

1. I need to give credit to original creator, that I can place a link back to this repository and mention the name of original author (Mr. Hari Krishna Dulipudi)
2. I need to include LISENCE.txt, we will add in legal section within the application.
3. I need to include NOTICES.txt, we will add appropriate notice and information of reuse of AnExplorer
4. I will not use any trademark or AnExplorer, we will give our trade name to the final product.
5. Modified source code will not be available to public uses, it will be distributed on closed source basis.

Will this be sufficient to comply with Apache 2 license to re-use AnExplorer source code?

Reproduced application will have minimal advertisement, so it will be commercial use.

Please let me know, if I need to care about any additional terms.
