Vietnamese spell checking dictionaries for Firefox, SeaMonkey, LibreOffice, and OpenOffice
The build script for the OpenOffice distribution only includes the dấu mới dictionary but not the dấu cũ dictionary. The Firefox/Thunderbird distribution includes both. https://github.com/1ec5/hunspell-vi/blob/507d07e36e9a56b9b29baccf974498a587d4aca3/openoffice/3.x/build.sh#L29-L30

The dictionaries do have a README outlining their licensing, but it would probably be useful to have a top-level LICENSE.md
Currently there isn't the word "ngoạ" (as in "ngoạ hổ tàng long") in the dictionary (old and new ways). I think it should be added.
