Update: in iOS 14&15(iPhone 12), all browser I found on App Store (about 6 mainstream browser in China region) can create tag correctly. press "Enter" can create tag. work just...

I haven't found solution on how to fix this Android-only issue

@davibarberini I don't know, I am working on some other project now, I am not sure my colleague remove this input field or did some fix, no idea.
