change line 34 in /face_alignment/api.py with 'depth': 'https://www.adrianbulat.com/downloads/python-fan/depth_1.6-2aa3f18772.zip', and then build from source code works for me

Are you sure about line 34? Perhaps it is line 36 about the place mentioning actually 'depth' ?
