I'm having this issue. Does anyone know if there is a workaround?

Same issue here. Keen for a workaround
Also same issue, looks like it's filtering on the server address which if you use multiple accounts directly from 1password it'll fail.
Same issue. Any resolution?
Also experiencing the same issue, any chance of seeing this bug get fixed soon?
Thanks all for filing and chiming in on this issue. I think the fix here could be to set the account flag to a User ID as opposed to the Account URL, which is supported by the global flags. Some exploration is needed. The team will try to get to this soon, but it's considered open to work on if anyone is up for it.
Still an issue here. Was looking to get a new team setup with the .env but no joy
Same issue here
Have the same issue.
If anyone is still experiencing issues with this, sign out of your accounts on the desktop app and sign back in. Make sure when you do the browser sign in that each account your signing into is using a unique subdomain. Example yourbusiness.1password.com. For some reason my personal and my work account had both been registered into the app with my.1password.com which was causing the conflict.
