建议maxkb项目增加一个节点：往知识库中的某一个文档里面增加一个分段，分段内容和标题，关联问题作为输出参数。这个节点作为大模型自主更新知识库的用途，反思模式 Reflection模式，这个模式目前在国外应用很好，希望能早点更新
