[Bug] The editor always prompts whether to save or not

Problem Description

当在编辑器做出不保存退出的操作后,即使接下来只查看,不修改该文件,编辑器仍会提示是否需要保存。 (后续复现)做出第一步后查看任意文件也会触发该问题。
