waf拦截记录页面，在部分情况下无法滚动页面
Steps to Reproduce
高级功能 -> WAF -> 拦截记录 -> 表格 将鼠标移动到表格中任意一项停留数秒或使用鼠标左键点击表格中任意一项，随后滚动鼠标滚轮，有较大概率会出现无法滚动的情况

chrome和edge浏览器均存在上述问题，且在无痕浏览模式下问题依然存在

The above problem seems to have been fixed in the latest version (v1.10.23-lts) and the issue will be closed
