Problem Description

1panel默认反代设置下，反代设置没开启缓存，但还是会缓存首页(网站根目录)，这是不对的。

我搜到一个近似的issue #4069 ，希望官方能跟进下。

Steps to Reproduce

添加网站，反代，修改源站点根目录的html，再访问1panel反代的网站，你会发现1panel返回的还是旧的数据，只有点击1panel面板清除反代缓存才恢复正常。
