安装 MySQL 8.0.33，容器创建成功，启动时报错 错误日志：

尝试修改 compose 文件，把端口绑定到 eth0 的内网 IP 就可以正常启动了

        ports:
            - 内网IP:${PANEL_APP_PORT_HTTP}:3306
