[Bug] After directly editing the remark of a certificate in the certificate list and refreshing the page, the records of other domain entries for that certificate are lost.

Problem Description
在证书列表中直接编辑某个证书的备注之后刷新页面，这个证书的其它域名项的记录会丢失。
Steps to Reproduce
下方截图中的 test.cc 为虚构域名，因此申请证书会失败，但此问题与申请证书无关，所以请忽略截图中的申请失败问题。
当前状态：
直接在上图红框位置添加或修改备注，提示更新成功后刷新页面：
其它域名处的 *.test.cc 就没了。
