在 2 核 4G 的机器上，通过面板的容器页面勾选部分容器（或者直接全选）之后执行重启操作，加载一会后会提示超时，关掉提示框后刷新容器列表，查看各容器运行时间是已经重启了的，可以也优化一下这个超时时间吗？
