[Honeycomb UX] Users can see how much *COMB is being burned

User story

As a Honeycomb wallet user, I would like to see how much *COMB has been burned and how much will be burned, so that I can understand its value as a deflationary token

Acceptance Criteria

GIVEN I am on the Honeycomb site WHEN user looks (somewhere on UX - need designer input) THEN user can see *COMB burn statistics

GIVEN I am on the Honeycomb site WHEN user hovers over tooltip THEN user can see an explanation of *COMB burns

• Burn stats to include:

• Total Qty *COMB burned to date
• Circulating supply of *COMB
• Qty *COMB burned in the last week

Given how the burn mechanic works we wont have these metrics reliably. Anyone can trigger the burn at any time, we have a bot set up to do it when accumulated fees on a specific LP pair reach some arbitrary threshold.

i made the burning counter as a banner on farm page for now, maybe in future we will add a whole page dedicated to xcomb and pcomb and their different stats/graphs etc

hope i'm not late with the changes: made the banner design and colors a little more accessible, added grid alignment and mobile version of the banner
