Swap UI page to add swaps to Honeycomb

As a Honeycomb user, I want to be able to make swaps using Honeyswap from the Honeycomb interface, so that I don't have to make swaps in a separate tab.

For now this will use the honeyswap UI page here: https://github.com/1Hive/uniswap-interface

I believe we just need to add the links for the live honeyswap UI page to the pancakeswap UI repo in place of the pancakeswap-interface repo, and hook up the new contracts with the half priced HNY swaps to the existing honeyswap UI.
