Honeyswap user interactions over time

As a Tulip swarm member, I'd like to understand how users are interacting with Honeyswap over time, so that I can make better informed decisions about how we manage our sustainable farms.

As the first step, let's pull this data and make it available as a CSV export: (Unless there's a more effective way of making the data available, eg dashboard)

Time period: Apr 1 2021 - present

Questions to answer

For Honeyswap xDai, on a given day:

• How many wallets interacted with Honeyswap to swap at least once in a day?
• How many wallets interacted with Honeyswap to deposit or withdraw LP at least once in a day?
• How many wallets are currently holding Honeyswap LPs?
• What proportion of wallets swap but DO NOT hold LPs?
• What proportion of Honeyswap LPs are NOT registered with Pollen?

For Honeyswap Polygon, on a given day:

• How many wallets interacted with Honeyswap to swap at least once in a day?
• How many wallets interacted with Honeyswap to deposit or withdraw LP at least once in a day?
• How many wallets are currently holding Honeyswap LPs ?
• What proportion of wallets swap but DO NOT hold LPs?
• What proportion of Honeyswap LPs are NOT registered with Pollen?

Caveat: I understand that wallets is not equivalent to humans, but I'm going to assume this is the best metric we have unless we want to run a cross-check against BrightID verifications. How hard would that be?
