[JELLY] User can see their estimated trading rewards balance from the Honeycomb interface

As a Honeycomb user, I would like to see a counter that displays how much trading trading rewards I've accumulated so far, so that I can be reminded to claim them when they become available.

As a Honeycomb user, I would like to be reminded when I have trading rewards ready to claim, so that I can get rewarded for trading on Honeyswap

As a Honeycomb user, I would like to be able to easily claim my available trading rewards from the main interface, so that I don't have to spend extra time finding the right place to get rewarded.

Acceptance Criteria

GIVEN I am on Honeycomb Polygon WHEN I check the left navigation bar THEN I can see the Trading Rewards tab

GIVEN I am on Honeycomb Polygon WHEN I click on Trading Rewards tab THEN I am brought to the Trading Rewards page

GIVEN I am on the Trading Rewards page WHEN I view the page THEN I can see an estimate of how much Trading Rewards I have accumulated AND I can see a link to explainer modal
