User story

As a user on Honesywap Polygon, I would like to be presented with [helper text / explainer modal / page link] that explains JELLY trading rewards program, so that I can understand I will be rewarded for trading on Honeyswap and how I can maximize my rewards.

Acceptance Criteria

GIVEN I am on Honeyswap Polygon WHEN I set the trading pairs on Honeyswap to an eligible pair for trading rewards THEN I would like to see helper text appear to explain that the pair is eligible for trading rewards AND link to a modal that explains in more detail

GIVEN I am on Honeyswap Polygon WHEN I click on modal link from helper text THEN explainer modal pops out
