Add a welcome modal

Consider adding the videos that Ted is working.

We only have the video done by @twell-s. He mentioned having specific videos for the different flows a user can take in a garden as a second iteration and show those instead of images like we do in the Celeste welcome modal.

Ted worked on a few scripts to split the videos on each of the main actions. That allows users to navigate between the subjects.
