Respect Reduce Motion

Roblox places a lot of emphasis on accessibility features, and one of them is GuiService.ReducedMotionEnabled. This setting is meant to reduce or eliminate UI animations for players who prefer a simpler, less distracting experience — often for motion sickness or cognitive reasons.
