Button backgrounds do not sync with the opacity level set in Roblox settings, unless set to default

This is a visual bug and it's driving me a bit insane.

To reproduce, open any game with TopBarPlus and change your GUI opacity settings in Roblox settings.

Can probably be fixed with https://create.roblox.com/docs/reference/engine/classes/GuiService#PreferredTransparency
