Fix Rojo / wally compatibility

Use of TopbarPlus with Rojo and Wally is currently impossible due to its configuration.

To fix this, I've:

  • Amended project.jsons and deleted one that was inside src
  • Moved the source for the module to src rather than src/Icon

I'm not totally experienced with Rojo / Wally workflows but applying this fix to our private repo @ Emotes CO made it work for us. Previously it would fail to serve the module.

@1ForeverHD would you mind merging this PR? As OP said, it is currently impossible to use Topbar+ alongside Rojo.
