You already mentioned how we should use some of this alternatives (for example tunanota with iranicard) but some of them like Github container registry and Podman doesn't have trivial usage. IMHO it is a good thing to add some brief HOW-TOs for this alternatives or maybe linking to "how to switch" articles could help.
