Link hints are overlapped when there are many links

cvim Surfingkeys use "shift" to flip hints so I can see those overlapped hints Does cVim also have similar key ? If there is no, can you add one ?

Why not just make geographically close links use the same starting character?

This is particularly frustrating on Hacker news, because the topmost hint is actually the vote link, not the article link.
