Using link hints on twitter: No hint to click on embedded webpage inside tweet

While using link hints on twitter, if a tweet has embedded shared webpage, then there is no link hint which simulates click on the embedded webpage(or URL) in given tweet. I am talking about tweets like this: screenshot from 2016-08-21 21-46-49

Can this be implemented? And many thanks for this great extension!
