Make Lua bindings work on Mac OS X

Current state:

  • 10.9: Bindings compile, but don't run (hard to investigate because I only have access to it via travis)
  • 10.10: Works perfectly
  • 10.11: Compiles but doesn't link

As a temporary workaround, I just disabled the bindings on Mac OS X.
