Enhancement: API - Add new text to 'Add a Source Employer' section

Wage Data Section, for both Hourly and Piece Rate, if answer to “Which method did the employer use to determine the prevailing wage for the job or contract identified above?” is “Prevailing Wage Survey”, under “Add a Source Employer” button:

  • [ ] Insert text, “Attach additional prevailing wage survey information, if needed.”
  • [ ] Insert document upload functionality Upload not required, only one upload permitted.
