General feedback about the site?

I am reviewing TN and I know that TN is all NIBRS but the Type of Crimes listed are only summary. I want to see the NIBRS offenses because summary is not giving the true picture for this state. Example, I want to see how many sodomy were reported in 2014 in the state of TN, but I am going to assume that it is included in the rape. It looks like this was built for summary reporting and the direction we are going in is NIBRS. Displaying the NIBRS data should be the focus. I think it will appear odd to the law enforcement agencies to view this site and not be able to see the NIBRS when we are stating that all agencies must submit NIBRS data by 2021.
