API usage graphs always drop to zero

API usage charts always drop to zero at the end of the timeline because they're always trying to plot tomorrow's usage (which is zero). Please see screenshot for example. This is likely either a range issue or a timezone conversion issue. image

Note: Screenshot was taken at 11:31am ET on Oct 18, but the chart is trying to plot usage for Oct 19th. Page in question: https://api.data.gov/metrics/#/
