Initial sketch of Past 30 Days time series

⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ This will have breaking changes unless an endpoint ending in traffic-sources-30-days.json is available through our reporting API (a PR for this is available: https://github.com/18F/analytics-reporter/pull/392)

  • This is an initial sketch of what a Past 30 Days time series would look like.
  • This would replace the Last 12 Hours time series.
