proposal: include corresponding Slack channel(s)

For some of the work we're doing on Compliance Toolkit, it would be great to get a list of projects via the Team API, then know which corresponding Slack channel to post notifications to. I could think of a lot of other uses too... Thoughts about including the Slack channel(s) corresponding to each project/working group/guild? I say "channels" because some projects might have a -public or -partners channel besides their main one, or be broken up in some other way.
