Derive github repo from projects that are using about.yml

So that project leads don't have to manually keep track of info that we can get from some other source, and so that we can control the quality of the data that we are making available, we should be able to derive the github repo for projects that store about.yml in the project repo.

Basically the value of the field: github: should be derived somehow.

This might be a bug with the Team API, or it might have something to do with the about.yml file itself
