BUG - the click area of the Get in Touch button and 18F logo extend beyond what's expected

Expected Behavior

On the home page, the click area is contained to the logo and button. This can be a user experience issue because people might be confused about what they are clicking on when it's far from the element.

Actual Behavior

The click area extends beyond:

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  • Click either the logo or Get in Touch button

This issue is done when

  • The click area is closer to where the elements are
