Game "BattleGrounds 3" makes PSP stuck or freeze on exit

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run hbl (95/96) and load "Battlegrounds 3" (tank war game)
2. hit QUIT in main menu
3. HBL will quickly show up
"Config file:"
"hbl_config.txt"
then the PSP gets stuck or freezes,
depending on what HBL revision I use.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-expected: The HBL menu :)
-on rev95: a freezed PSP (nothing works)
-on rev96: a stuck PSP (home button works)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
-PSP-3004
-OFW 6.20
-Data Code 8D
-HBL 95 and 96

Please provide any additional information below.
-return_to_hbl_at_exit is set to 1 in config
-BattleGrounds 3 download:

what how do you use data code 8d with hbl dose data code 8d work on 6.20

HBL does currently work with:
PSP-1000, PSP-2000, PSP-3000, PSPgo!
ANY Data-Code
Official Firmware until 6.20
