snes9xTYL ancient issue with a second controller

Since the first snes9xTYL mod (until R28) the is an issue with the game Super Double Dragon / Return of Double Dragon, when you press START button for pause the game or when you die and press start for activate the credit also activates the start for the second controller, so you can see the second player controlled by the same gamepad.
