Chocolatey package that replaces the system fonts on update via a script

Open Templayer opened this issue 2 years ago • 1 comments

The title says it all.

From reading the readme I thought the chocolatey package automatically goes through the process of replacing the system fonts.

It doesn't.

It would be great if it did or if there was a package that did that. Alas, I did had to do it manually, which I didn't want to, as I outright refuse to update manually each time this is updated and I would very much appreciate a fully automatic update with system font replacement.

But hey, on the other hand, I just set my Subtitle Workshop Classic to Segoe UI Symbol and now I can use unicode symbols I haven't been able to before. Goodbye, squares! :)

Also doing that should include making a system restoration point if possible, beforehand. In case it fails.
