Do partial updates (Dash Patch objects) work with Dash Leaflet?

FYI, I am using the patch functionality to change oly the `hideout` so the answer is yes it works.

@emilhe what is preventing you from testing various version of python (at least in the github actions) ?

sphinx.environment.BuildEnvironment.app is deprecated from Sphinx 9.0.0

arf this is a bigger issue than usual I will try to step in quickly to check if there is an easy work around.

Page requisite behaviour inconsistent between Windows and others

I tried both solutions in this PR (https://github.com/sphinx-doc/sphinx/pull/12405) and tested it in my own repository: https://github.com/sphinx-contrib/icon/pull/34 None of them changed anything from my side, all was working in other OSs...
