Describe the bug

After looking through the code of the I18n plugin, I have seen that I currently have no way to create i18n links for data generated pages. I would need the feature to create i18n pages/links for pages created from the same file as well.

If I now want to create multilingual pages from another CMS or data source, I can try to enable this via https://www.11ty.dev/docs/data-eleventy-supplied/#frozen-data, but then I still miss the information because the plugins are loaded too early and no longer have any influence on the actual generation.

Thanks for the hint, sometimes in the multilingual world you lose the awareness that you should just write in English.
