All connections are gone when drag-and-dropping a workflow on the node graph in ComfyUI 0.3.6 or later

Whenever I drag-and-drop from the Workspace manager to the node graph, all the links between my nodes are gone.

I have this problem on a fresh ComfyUI install with only ComfyUI-Manager and ComfyUI-Workspace-Manager installed. No other custom nodes are installed.

System information:

This used to work without problems until I updated my ComfyUI a few days ago.

After some testing, it seems that ComfyUI v0.3.6 and v0.3.7 are breaking links when using drag-and-drop.

Drag and drop works as expected in ComfyUI v0.3.5 for me.
