右键系统菜单 点击“打开开发者工具” 之后Ctrl+R刷新试试呢

我没有 arm64 Windows 的设备... 你是 amd x64 的设备吧 试试更新一下系统的webview2 https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/webview2/?form=MA13LH#download-section
