Add 'Export to .htaccess' feature

Being able to setup and then export rewrite rules to an .htaccess format would be wonderful.

Putting the rewite rules in your .htaccess can seriously affect your websites performance. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/4435482/is-it-okay-to-have-a-very-long-htaccess-file

not that I need it but it fits this thread... if you export that then export rules for NGINX too (or as an option).

Not is you have access to the vhost configuration, those are parsed only once per Apache start.
