No-breaking spacing " " doesn't work

Describe the bug

The plugin provides 5 space characters, out of which the No-breaking space doesn't work.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a paragraph and insert the character "No breaking space"
2. Visit frontend and inspect element. It should show " " but it shows a blank character.

There is an   character between a fixed but it isn't rendering in the HTML output. All the others are working as expected as you can see in the screenshot:
