Analysis and implementation of batch processing of posts

Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe. Discussion on a 10up.com blog post on Distributor has lead to a request to pull posts via cron, in a scenario where you want to batch pull (e.g., 1000 posts). There are currently no WP-CLI commands that would support this, though we'll want to think through batching more broadly as we look into supporting this use case.

• [ ] implement batching via UI/WP-CLI (whichever best per analysis above)

I absolutely second this. Including batch push from the main post panel, either single, multi or all posts. It would also be great to have scheduled pushes or pulls.
