Consider dropping Table of Contents

Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe. I got some feedback that not having an intro before the table of contents made it difficult to orient at first to the best practices.

Describe the solution you'd like Given that the text of the Table of Contents is replicated in the header menu items, maybe we consider stripping out the Table of Contents entirely and effectively start content with the Introduction section?
