Support multiple roles

In a site I am managing, we use multiple roles to define which parts of the website (corresponding to different products) the user has access to. Therefore, users usually have multiple roles.

Describe the solution you'd like

Exporting and importing sites should support multiple roles. Currently, only the first role is exported.
