BUG: Woocommerce custom sort doesn't seem to integrate with EP

Describe the bug Woocommerce offers a custom sorting option when you visit the shop page. It seems EP is ignoring this custom sorting when you have reordered the products in the admin.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. With Woocommerce and EP enabled, go to Products
  2. Click on "sorting"
  3. Reorder your products and reload
  4. See the ordering has not been applied
  5. Visit the shop page and see the ordering is not applied
  6. Disable EP and reload the shop page. The reordered products should display fine.

Expected behavior

Products should be reordered with EP enabled.
