UI to run index only on a sub-site

Is your enhancement related to a problem? Please describe.

If ElasticPress is network activated there is no way to run an index on a specific site without having access to wp cli.

Describe the solution you'd like

I think a dropdown on the sync button with options: All sites, Specific site... would be sufficient Screen Shot 2019-09-24 at 3 57 55 PM
